My son changed his life through the help of this program and we are grateful Brandon is now over 18 months clean today and our family appreciate you guys so much he is a better Father to his children and a better son to me most importantly he has God in his life today

I spent 30 days at first step and I’ve been sober for a year now. I now work for a rehab in upstate New York and I’ve seen what other facilities are like and how the staff treats people and First step is by far…. The best around. Other places I’ve seen they just don’t care like the people at first step do. For example if you say you want to leave the program, the staff will all make any effort they can to keep you there. That’s care. It’s certainly an experience I’ll never forget and I appreciate with my whole life.

This is an amazing place for recovery. I worked here and only left for family reasons. Everyone is heart and soul dedicated to the clients. The clients become dedicated to each other. I am grateful that I have been allowed to be a 1st Step Alum so I can remain a part of an amazing family. Peace can be secured here. One step at a time. Take the 1st Step💜

My last review seemed to be taken down somehow, avoid this place. Their target is your, bank account! If they can not help themselves to that, then they will not be helping you. By reading these comments, their forcing patients too rate them 5 stars too, and over medicating patients on purpose. All of these places are the same, the insurance companies are in on it too. These people damn sure do not care about helping you, if you are not on crack,meth, etc, or RICH ...Your insurance company will offer to send you to these places, which is out right wrong. Wolves in sheep clothing for sure. No one cares about mental help or health apparently, or addiction, their addicted to meeting their financial quota's.

First step and all the staff are amazing they helped me in ways when I couldn’t help myself . I learned so much here and was able to mend broken relationships with my family . I came here sad broken and pregnant I’m glad to say I have changed for the better they worked with me through my anger through my struggles with addiction as well as childhood trauma and trauma I experienced throughout my adult life . Gus is amazing as well as the rest of first step staff ! Thankyou guys !
